Carpentry
Using both traditional hand tools, or powered equipment, our team of carpenters can offer offer an extensive range of services from wood and laminate floor fitting, loft conversions, boarding services, and external door fitting.
Electrical
All of our electricians are qualified and fully insured and offer a personal service, site survey, design and installation. As NIC EIC Approved Contractors our extended team can carry out all electrical works within a broad scope of commercial projects.
Groundworks
Cremin Construction specialise in all forms of groundwork from installation of new foundations, underpinning, hard landscaping, and bulk excavations for the commercial sector.
Landscaping
To complete and compliment your building project, we can take care of your landscaping and grounds maintenance too. On fixed or a contract basis, our services include grass mowing, hard landscaping (patios, block paving, driveways), soft landscaping (lawn turfing and hedge cutting) as well as fencing for commercial, or agricultural projects.
Plastering
Whether it is walls or ceilings, skimming or plaster boarding, our team are skilled to plaster or render your surface. We take pride in our workmanship which includes traditional lime plaster rendering, skimming, dot and dabbing, float and set techniques.
Plumbing
Cremin Construction has a team of Gas Safe registered fitters that have the experience to install heating systems, and boilers, through to new kitchens and sanitary ware. All carried out to exacting high standards for your safety guaranteed.
Roofing
Cremin Construction offer an extensive roofing service covering all commercial projects such as slating, tiling, cladding or gutter re-lining. Whether your roofline is flat or pitched, simple or complex our team can design and build a roof system to match. We have asbestos removal experience too.
