Working on behalf of this prestigious, commercial property and lettings agent, the Cremin Construction Limited team were employed to complete a refurbishment of a large scale residential property along the proposed HS2 route.
The detached residence with adjoining outbuildings were totally refurbished with works carried out at every level, using all trades including full drainage system, ground works, through to electrics, carpentry, brickwork and roofing.
This is one of a number of projects, completed across the Midlands / North for this client as part of their HS2 contract, which have all been completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
The client praised the quality of the Cremin Construction workmanship and attention to detail.
