The complete conversion of a Grade 2 listed building, sympathetically restoring council offices into a private dwelling.
We partnered with the architect and project managed the completion.
The site wasn’t without complications as the building had laid empty for two years, resulting in damp and damage with a water well also discovered under the kitchen floor.
We provided virtually every trade from initial strip out and demolition works, through to reconfiguration and refurbishment which included a complete new heating system, re-wire, and bespoke joinery throughout.
In addition we provided roofing works, brickwork, plastering, decoration and flooring.
