The full transformation of an existing barn to create a deluxe contemporary family home.
The barn was built under a permitted development right which started with the complete underpinning of the perimeter of the existing concrete raft and foundations.
From here the building was then set out with timbers using laser levels to ensure accuracy, with the existing roof being replaced with a TATA urban Colourcoat.
Full internal works were completed including electrics, plumbing and polished concrete floors, with attention being paid to insulation and soundproofing.
A high end state of the art kitchen was installed, deluxe sumptuous bathrooms, tiling, carpentry and chic designer decoration throughout.
The project will be complete with landscaping, outdoor patios and relaxation areas to maximise the stunning elevated position and far reaching rural views.
