This Grade II, three storey farmhouse is owned as part of the Bournville Village Trust. It is set in rolling countryside, surrounded by fields but within easy commuting distance to Birmingham City Centre.
The property had been vacant and in need of a total refurbishment and modernisation to bring the building back to its former glory.
Using all of our trades, the Cremin team project managed the full turnkey operation on behalf of Savills to sympathetically retain and restore the original features.
This involved:
- A full strip out of the existing rooms including six bedrooms
- A new energy efficient heating system, capable to deal with the size of property
- Bespoke joinery including handcrafted sash windows
- A complete re wire
- New lime plastering
- Structural repair works and joinery
- New bathrooms, en suites
- State of the art kitchen
- Full redecoration
- Groundworks and landscaping
