This handsome 1700’s residential property is set in leafy Lichfield. We were engaged by Savills to complete a full refurbishment and restoration project to the substantial farmhouse and adjoining cottage.
The property measured approximately 10,000 square feet and was a full turnkey project which was completed on time and budget.
