We completed this project working with the private property owner and their architect.
The Coach House, based in Worcestershire was disused and in need of a complete refurbishment to convert the building into a one bedroomed dwelling.
We managed the full turnkey operation where careful consideration was taken to sympathetically restore the Grade II building’s aesthetics and enable the character to shine once more.
This involved:
- Lime plastering applied over wood fibre insulation boards and lime screeded floors laid on Geocell foam glass
- Glazing including roof lights
- Wiring and plumbing
- Decoration.
