This is a residential property that is part of the compulsory purchase along the proposed HS2 train route. The house needed a full renovation and refurbishment in order for the estate agent, Savills to market the property for rental purposes.
This is one of many projects where Cremin Construction have worked as an approved contractor for Savills on the HS2 contract.
This involved:
- Modernise the property
- New staircase
- Replace electrics
- Install new bathroom
- Replace the driveway with tarmac
- New flooring
- Redecoration throughout
