To convert a derelict pub into a state of the art Children’s Nursery, after school club and three self-contained flats.
With a tight predetermined time scale of only six months this was a project that required meticulous planning, teamwork and military style organisation.
Peeling away layers and years of neglect, unravelled hidden horrors from previous workmanship.
We fully reconfigured and refurbished every part of this stunning old building. Installing new drainage, purpose built oak joinery, plumbing and air conditioning to make this building safe and fit for purpose once more.
We worked closely with sound proofing experts to produce a dual purpose building of the highest quality, deadening any sound from the nursery into the flats above.
