This Volvo dealership based in Birmingham was being vacated. Knight Frank, the property management agent, wanted to restore the business unit back to its original status.
Cremin Construction were engaged to conduct a complete site clearance and the remedial works.
This involved:
- Stripping out the offices
- Constructing and installing a new ceiling
- Repairing and treating the floors with a specialist resin paint
- Fresh decoration throughout
